Authorized distributor declaration

The shop is the authorized distributor of pre-filled, dial-an-aliquot research peptide pens. The relationship is a direct, written distribution arrangement. The shop does not synthesise, fill, relabel, or repackage; it operates the distribution layer.

The manufacturer wordmark is shown on the pen body, the manufacturer paperwork and the lot label. The shop does not cover, blur, alter, or otherwise obscure the manufacturer mark. The shop mark appears on distributor paperwork, the parcel exterior, order emails, and the storefront.

Supply chain. The four-step lot pipeline

Every lot follows the same four-step pipeline. The pipeline is auditable by lot identifier from the storefront product page: each lot two third-party PDFs reference the manufacturer paperwork, and each order confirmation references the same lot.

1. Step 01. Synthesis. Solid-phase peptide synthesis at the manufacturer. Lot identifier assigned.
2. Step 02. Fill. Pre-filled pen cartridge filled and nitrogen-sealed. Lot label applied to the pen body. Cold storage.
3. Step 03. Independent test. A sample from each lot is sent to an independent lab for HPLC purity and pH testing. Two PDFs issued.
4. Step 04. Distribution. Certified lot transferred to the warehouse (cold storage). Dispatched by DHL Express or FedEx the next working day after order confirmation.

Lot trace and the public certificate library

Every lot has a third-party record, available to registered members, before the lot is sold. Researchers can verify the certificate before a purchase decision, not after, by reading the two PDFs linked from the product page.

After delivery, the same two PDFs are referenced on the order confirmation, on the parcel exterior label and on the certificate-of-analysis library at lab-testing. The certificate library is the canonical, version-controlled record of published lots.

Packaging and handling

From manufacturer outbound through third-party lab handling and warehouse storage to dispatch, each lot is handled to keep the peptide within the stability envelope published by the manufacturer. Orders are sealed in tamper-evident packaging.

Packaging integrity is verified at each handoff. Tamper seals are applied at the warehouse and inspected at delivery. Where a tamper seal is broken at receipt, or the order arrives damaged, it is treated as a shipping failure under the Shipping Policy.

Anti-diversion and no-resale policy

Products are sold strictly to qualified researchers for in-vitro laboratory work. Resale, redistribution, repackaging, relabelling, listing on consumer marketplaces or social-media channels, or onward transfer is not permitted.

Counterfeit reporting and consumer-channel takedowns

Counterfeit listings, whether they reference a real lot identifier or a fabricated identifier, should be reported through the contact page with a screenshot and the listing URL.

Researchers who buy what they believed to be a branded pen from a non-authorised channel and discover the lot does not match a published third-party certificate are encouraged to report through the same channel.

Distributor territories and the no-ship list

The shop distributes worldwide to qualified researchers, except to the destinations on the no-ship list published in the Shipping Policy. Inclusion on the no-ship list is driven by sanctions, customs rules, courier capacity, and local law.

Where a destination is on the screened list rather than the no-ship list, additional documentation may be requested, for example an institutional letter, an end-use statement, or a research-use exclusion declaration.

Bulk, institutional and reseller-style accounts

Bulk and institutional accounts are accepted on application. The application requires the institution legal name, registered address, the named researcher role, the institution research-use letter, and the expected volume.

Reseller-style accounts, accounts that propose to redistribute pens to onward researchers, are not granted as a default. The default is a single-researcher or single-institution account.

Press, partnership and lab inquiries

Press inquiries (interviews, fact-checking, embargoed access to a new lot certificate, public-facing partnership announcements) are handled through the press inbox. Replies are within two business days during ordinary weeks.

Changes to the distribution arrangement

The arrangement between the shop and the manufacturer is reviewed annually. Material changes, for example addition of a manufacturing site, addition of a second testing lab, change of the courier set, or a change to the distribution territory, are published on this page.
