Research-use-only scope

Products are exclusively for in-vitro experimentation, analytical testing, and reference-standard work. They are not foods, supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices and are not approved by the FDA, MHRA, EMA, Health Canada, TGA, or any equivalent authority.

No communication on this site, in email, or elsewhere should be interpreted as a therapeutic or medical claim.

Forbidden uses

Engaging in a forbidden use voids guarantees and orders, and may lead to a report to the relevant authority.

• Human consumption (ingestion, injection, inhalation, or any other route).
• Veterinary or animal consumption (pet, livestock, equine, or otherwise).
• Use as a food, food additive, or beverage ingredient.
• Use in or on a cosmetic, hair product, or skincare product.
• Compounding into a finished therapeutic product.
• Resale, redistribution, or repackaging to consumer-facing channels.
• Use in clinical studies or human trials without IRB authorization.
• Any use requiring authorization under UN drug conventions.

Researcher responsibilities

The Researcher is responsible for lawful possession, storage at 2-8 C, disposal under local hazardous-waste rules, and for keeping the research-use attestation accurate.

Independent third-party verification

Every lot is tested by an independent laboratory for HPLC purity and pH. Certificates are published before the lot is sold. Verification does not make the Product approved for human or veterinary use.

Acceptance and the double affirmation

The research-use attestation is given at signup and again at checkout. Both are logged. Placing an Order is acceptance of this Disclaimer.

Liability allocation between manufacturer and distributor

The manufacturer is responsible for synthesis, fill and the manufacturing record. The shop is responsible for distribution, storefront, and the published certificate library. An independent lab signs the analytical certificates. Misuse after delivery is the Researcher responsibility.

Reporting concerns and adverse events

Quality concerns, suspected counterfeits, and any unexpected laboratory observation should be reported through the contact page with the lot identifier.
