What does the lab actually test?

Each lot is checked for HPLC purity and a separate pH measurement. Two certificates per lot, published before the pen ships.

Who does the testing?

An independent third-party laboratory. The lab does not belong to the manufacturer.

Can I read a report before I order?

Yes. Certificates are published on the product page before each lot opens for orders. Older lots stay published.
