Shipping policy. Free DHL or FedEx, dispatched the next business day, every time.
Every order is shipped free of carrier charges, worldwide, by DHL Express or FedEx International Priority.
Free worldwide shipping. What is included
Every Order is shipped free of carrier charges, worldwide, by DHL Express or FedEx International Priority. There is no minimum order value, no surcharge for express service, no signature surcharge, and no fuel-supplement surcharge billed to the Researcher.
Free shipping covers the carrier-billed leg to the destination address. It does not cover destination-country import duties, value-added tax assessed at the border, or brokerage fees imposed by the carrier on the consignee.
All postage packaging is 100% recyclable, from the outer box to the internal padding.
Carriers, dispatch timing and cut-off
The shop uses two carriers as standard: DHL Express and FedEx International Priority. The choice of carrier on a given Order is made on operational grounds and is not configurable by the Researcher.
Orders confirmed before 14:00 UTC on a working day are dispatched the next business day. Orders confirmed after 14:00 UTC, or on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, are dispatched on the next business day after that.
Transit estimates by region
Transit windows below are working-day estimates from the moment the box is handed to the carrier, not from the moment the Order is placed.
- United Kingdom: 2-3 working days.
- European Union and EEA: 1-3 working days.
- Switzerland: 1-3 working days.
- United States and Canada: 2-4 working days.
- Australia and New Zealand: 2-4 working days.
- United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Hong Kong: 2-4 working days.
- Latin America: 2-4 working days.
- Sub-Saharan Africa: 3-6 working days.
- Other Asian destinations: 2-5 working days.
The Researcher should refrigerate the pen within twenty-four hours of delivery and store it at 2-8 C.
Tracking, notifications and the SBS dispatch flow
Every Order moves through tracked checkpoints. The Researcher is notified by email at dispatch and at the main carrier events. The actual tracking number is the carrier number.
Customs, duties and the importer of record
Duties, value-added tax, sales tax and any equivalent import charge assessed at the destination border are the responsibility of the Researcher as the importer of record. The shop is not the importer of record into the Researcher country.
The shipment commercial invoice declares the Product accurately and at the actual transactional value, with the correct HS code for research peptide laboratory reagents. Value is not under-declared.
Restricted destinations and the no-ship list
The shop maintains a no-ship list of destinations and a screened list of jurisdictions that require additional review.
- No-ship: countries under comprehensive EU / OFAC / UN sanctions, and any destination where receipt of research peptides is prohibited by published local law.
- No-ship: Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Crimea / Donetsk / Luhansk regions of Ukraine. The list is updated as sanctions packages change.
- Screened: jurisdictions that require an institutional letter or specific HS-code paperwork before the carrier accepts the shipment.
- PO Boxes, freight forwarders, parcel-locker addresses: refused because delivery cannot be controlled at the last mile.
- APO / FPO / military addresses: refused because the carrier cannot guarantee expedited tracked transit.
Lost, delayed and seized shipments
If a shipment is delayed beyond the carrier published service-level guarantee, the shop opens an investigation with the carrier. If the shipment is declared lost by the carrier, the shop re-ships the Order at no charge.
If a shipment is held at customs for more than five working days without an obvious documentation request, the shop contacts the carrier and the destination broker. If a shipment is seized by customs, the shop replaces the Order on the same terms as a lost shipment. On a second seizure to the same destination the shop may decline further shipment to that address.
Damage on receipt
On delivery, the Researcher must inspect the parcel for tamper-seal integrity, visible damage and pen appearance. Damage in transit, broken seals, or any other indication that the Order was damaged, must be reported through the contact page.
On confirmed shipping damage, the shop re-ships free of charge or refunds in full, at the Researcher option. The damaged Order does not need to be returned.
Address accuracy and recipient verification
It is the Researcher responsibility to provide and maintain a complete, accurate, deliverable shipping address. The carrier standard address-fix charge is not absorbed by the shop where an address change is requested after the box has been collected.
On delivery, the carrier requires a signature from the consignee or a household / institutional adult. Signature waiver or leave-at-door is not enabled by default.
Re-shipment, returns and abandoned packages
Research peptides cannot be returned to inventory once they have left the warehouse, for safety and traceability reasons (see the Refund Policy). Where a Researcher refuses delivery, asks the carrier to return the package, or fails to collect it, the Order is treated as abandoned under that policy.
