Terms of service. The contract between the shop and every researcher.

Definitions and parties to the agreement

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you (the Researcher) and the shop (the Distributor). The shop is an authorized distributor of pre-filled, dial-an-aliquot research peptide pens.

Products means the research compounds, pens, lab consumables and protocols offered through this site. Site means this domain. Account means the authenticated researcher profile. Order means a confirmed purchase request.

Eligibility and the research-use attestation

The shop ships exclusively to qualified scientific personnel for in-vitro research at registered institutions. Eligibility is verified twice: at signup, when you create an Account, and again at checkout, before any sale is accepted.

By creating an Account or placing an Order, you affirm each of the bullets below. A false affirmation is a material breach of this Agreement.

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a qualified researcher, lab technician, scientist, healthcare professional, or institutional purchaser acting in that capacity.
• You are buying the Product strictly for in-vitro laboratory research, analytical testing, or method development.
• You will not administer, ingest, inject, inhale, apply or otherwise expose the Product to a human, animal or any living organism, in vivo, ex vivo or otherwise.
• You will not resell, redistribute, repackage, relabel, or otherwise place the Product on any consumer market.
• You are not a resident of, or shipping to, any jurisdiction where receipt or possession of research peptides is prohibited.

Account, accuracy of information and security

You are responsible for keeping your Account credentials confidential and for every act performed through your Account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information at signup and to maintain that information as it changes.

The shop may suspend, restrict, or close any Account where it reasonably believes the Account has been used in breach of this Agreement, has supplied false attestations, has been used for fraudulent payment, or has been used to circumvent a no-ship restriction.

Order acceptance, pricing, taxes and duties

An Order is an offer by you to purchase the Product subject to these Terms. The agreement of sale is formed when the shop issues the order-confirmation message, not when you submit the cart.

Listed prices are exclusive of destination-country import duties and taxes. Those charges are the importer responsibility.

Payment terms

Payment is due as stated on the order confirmation.

Refusal of service, sanctions and restricted destinations

The shop may refuse, cancel, or reverse any Order that would ship to a no-ship destination, that fails the research-use attestation, or that appears to evade sanctions or customs rules.

Intellectual property and use of the Site

The Site, its copy, layout and marks are owned by the shop or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or republish the Site except as permitted by law.

User obligations and prohibited uses

You will not use the Site to commit fraud, to misrepresent research status, to resell Products, or to interfere with the Site security or availability.

Disclaimer of warranties

Products are supplied for in-vitro research use only. Except for the published third-party certificates and the guarantees in the Refund Policy, the Site and the Products are provided as described, without further warranty.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the shop is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Site or the Products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify the shop against claims arising from your breach of the research-use attestation, your misuse of a Product, or your violation of applicable law.

Force majeure

Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs action, epidemic, or government restriction.

Dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the law stated on the order confirmation. Disputes are first raised through the contact page. Nothing here limits statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived.

Severability, waiver and entire agreement

If any clause is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force. A failure to enforce a clause is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Research Disclaimer, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Distribution Policy, form the entire agreement.

Changes to these Terms

Material changes are published on this page and, where an account is on file, notified by email. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance of the revised Terms.
