$1,500.00

One-time program fee.

A 5-week consultation and administrative management service for clients focused on body composition.

Your fee covers the initial clinical consultation, baseline composition assessment and diagnostic panel coordination, development of your individualized plan by the supervising physician, scheduled follow-up consultations with repeat assessment, and full administrative management of your program.

Any items arranged under your plan are supplied and billed separately by the fulfilling pharmacy or supplier, following clinical review. Service begins on completion of your intake.

- Initial clinical consultation and intake review

- Baseline body composition assessment

- Diagnostic panel coordination and results management

- Activity and nutritional input review

- Individualized plan developed by the supervising physician

- Scheduled follow-up consultations with repeat assessment

- Administrative management of scheduling, records, and client communication

- Coordination of any third-party fulfillment arranged on your behalf

- Plan adjustments as new data is received

- 5-week service term
