Reconstitution reference

On a U-100 insulin syringe, 100 units equals 1 mL. Once vial concentration is known, the calculator converts your prescribed dose into the matching syringe draw.

Concentration (mg/mL) = vial mg ÷ BAC water mL
Syringe units = dose mg ÷ concentration × 100

Always confirm the vial strength, diluent volume, medication label, and prescribed dose before use.
